Refund Policy

ADMScroll Start is free and has no refund policy. The following applies to ADMScroll Explore purchases.

Explore Pass (trial): the 24-hour Explore Pass is free and requires no payment, so no refund applies.

Explore Lifetime: the owner will honour the applicable consumer-protection cooling-off period for your region (for example, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, or the rights granted under the Russian consumer-protection law). To request a refund, contact support with your order email.

Refunds, where granted, are processed back to the original payment method via the payment provider. A refund revokes the associated Explore license.

Owner to finalize before launch: exact refund window, eligibility conditions, supported currencies/countries (must match the admin Payment Availability Matrix), and tax/receipt handling.
